The First Club Sport Banquet is set for Thursday, April 28th in the Frey Suite Conference Center in the Kanter Student Center. The event will begin at 6:00 PM with seating starting at 5:30 PM. 

The banquet will see awards and special recognition given to the teams and individuals who performed best in their respective fields throughout the year. Awards given out will be Sport Club of the Year, Excellence in Leadership, and Sport Club & Esport MVP's. Esports will also award a student-athlete with the Coach's Award and a Freshman of the Year. 

A slideshow will be presented to showcase the Year in Review, featuring photos and accomplishments of each team. Plans for the upcoming year will also announced throughout the night. 

One of the Club Sport's wil have a special guest speaker give an honorary student speech as a way to commemorate their time invested in Wayne State College and their respective sport. An estimated attendance is for the event is just over 150 people from 10 Club Sports and 11 Esports teams with coaches, players, and Wayne State Administration in attendance.
