The Wayne State College men's rugby team traveled to Iowa City, Iowa to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday, September 30 and walked away with a 20-7 victory. The Wildcats overall record on the year improves to 2-2 with the win.

Trent Draper, freshman flyhalf/fullback
Cooper Field, and sophomore center Diego Stefani.
Jayden James booted through a conversion kick and penalty kick for the squad as well.
The Wildcats are back in action this Homecoming weekend on Saturday, October 7 against the Iowa State Cyclones. The game is slated to start at 4 P.M. at the Soccer/Rugby complex on WSC's campus.
