The Wayne State College women's volleyball club team traveled to Lincoln, Neb. to take part in the UNL Volleyball Tournament, where the team went 3-3 for the tournament.
The Wildcats overall record now sits at 7-8 on the season with one final tournament remaining on the schedule for the fall semester.
During their time in Lincoln, the Wildcats picked up wins against the Peru State Bobcats, the Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks, and the Kansas Jayhawks B side team. They fell in losses to the Kansas Jayhawks A side, the Nebraska Cornhuskers B team, and the Wichita State Shockers.
The Wildcats brought their B side team as well, who compiled a record of 2-3 during the tournament. They owned wins against the Nebraska-Omaha Maverick A and B teams. They dropped games to the Nebraska Cornhuskers A side, the South Dakota Coyotes, and the Wichita State Shockers.
The final tournament of the year for WSC comes in Brookings, S.D. at the South Dakota State Invitational on Sunday, Dec. 3.
